1. General Provisions

1.1. This document "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") contains the methods of collecting and rules for using the information about the User by the Company (hereinafter also "You").

1.2. By visiting and using our website http://adven.mobi (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), as well as downloading, installing, and using the Company's games for mobile platforms (hereinafter referred to as "Applications"), you agree to the terms of this Policy in full.

1.3. This Policy is an integral part of the documents referring to it, including User Agreements and End User License Agreements (EULA) posted on the Sites, which establish the terms of use of the respective Sites and Applications.

1.4. Unless otherwise expressly provided by this Policy, the terms and definitions used in it have the meaning established in the User Agreement and End User License Agreement.

1.5. This Policy, including the interpretation of its provisions and the procedure for acceptance, execution, modification, and termination, is subject to the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Personal Information

2.1. Personal information in this Policy means information that can be associated with a specific User: name, address, phone number, email address, as well as information about purchases made by the User on the Site and in the Application, and other similar information.

2.2. The Company processes Personal Information that the User provides about himself independently by filling out the corresponding forms on the Site or in the Application, including by filling out User profile data, subscribing to newsletters, contacting the Company for technical support, or through the feedback form, participating in promotions, etc. The Company may establish requirements for the composition of information that must be provided by the User to perform certain actions. If certain information is not designated by the Company as mandatory, its provision or disclosure is at the User's discretion.

2.3. When logging into the Site or Application using authentication services such as Facebook, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Apple's Game Center, or Open ID, these services provide the Company with information about the User, including Personal Information. Information provided to the Company when entering the User's account using authentication services may include: name, user ID and/or username in this authentication service, location, city, state, and country, gender, date of birth, email address, profile photo or link to it, as well as user identification numbers in this authentication service of the User's friends.

2.4. By using the function of inviting contacts from the authentication service (for example, friends from Facebook), the User provides the Company with contact information of such invited person.

2.5. In addition, the Company creates a unique identifier for each User (player ID). The player ID is linked to the User's profile information.

2.6. The Company collects data about the User's interactions with the game and with other players inside the game, using server log files. Such information may be associated with the player's ID.

2.7. With the User's permission, the Company also collects precise geolocation data of the User.

2.8. In case the information provided by you contains personal data, you freely, of your own will, and in your own interest give unlimited, unconditional, written consent to any methods of their processing, including any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation means or without using such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access) to third parties, including cross-border transfer to the territory of foreign states, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data for the purposes established by this Policy.

3.1. The Company uses Personal Information for the following purposes:

• 3.1.1. Providing the opportunity to use the Site and Applications;
• 3.1.2. Conclusion and execution of contracts (agreements) with the User;
• 3.1.3. User identification in the course of performing obligations under contracts concluded with him;
• 3.1.4. Establishing communication with the User for informational support and improving the quality of the Application, including by notifying with the involvement of third parties;
• 3.1.5. Distributing Company's promotional materials among Users as the target audience;
• 3.1.6. Establishing communication between Users and inviting new users;
• 3.1.7. Targeting of advertising and/or informational materials.

3.2. The Company may provide Personal Information to third parties providing services to the Company in cases where it is necessary to provide services within the above-mentioned purposes.

4. Other cases of Personal Information transfer

4.1. The Company may transfer Personal Information to third parties in the following cases:

• 4.1.1. The User has expressed consent to such actions, including cases where the User applies settings of the used software that remove restrictions on providing certain information;
• 4.1.2. The transfer is necessary within the use of the Site or the Application by the User;
• 4.1.3. In connection with the transfer of all or part of the Company's assets into ownership, use, or property of a third party, including the assignment of rights under contracts concluded with the User in favor of such third party;
• 4.1.4. Upon request of a court or other authorized state body within the procedure established by applicable legislation;
• 4.1.5. For the purpose of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Company in connection with the violation of contracts concluded with the User.

5. Policy in relation to children

5.1. The Company does not intentionally collect Personal Information from children under 12 years of age, does not request it, and does not allow them to use the Sites or Applications. Persons under 12 years of age are prohibited from providing personal information, in particular, your name, address, phone number, and email address. If the Company becomes aware that information has been collected from a child under the age of 12, the Company will promptly delete such information. 6. De-identified information

6.1. When you use the Company's Sites or Applications, the Company may automatically collect de-identified data, including but not limited to: unique device identifier (permanent or non-permanent), access control address (MAC address), international mobile equipment identity (IMEI), name, model, and other information about the device used, IP address, information about the communication network, location (country, region, city), information about the browser, source of access to the Site, source of Application download, information about the operating system, information about the time and frequency of visits, statistics of actions on the Site, statistics of Application usage, information about the information and materials transmitted and received using the Application, as well as geolocation data if this function is enabled on the User's device. This information is de-identified (anonymous), it does not contain data linking the information to a specific User.

6.2. De-identified information is processed separately from Personal Information and cannot be combined with Personal Information.

6.3. De-identified information may be collected and/or processed using third-party software, such as:

• statistics collection systems (e.g., Google Analytics, Tapjoy, and Appsflyer);
• plugins (blocks) of social networks (e.g., Facebook, etc.);
• banner display systems (e.g., AdRiver, etc.);
• other systems for collecting and processing de-identified information.

7. Use of de-identified information 7.1. The Company uses de-identified information for the following purposes:

• 7.1.1. Improving the quality of the Site and Applications;
• 7.1.2. Establishing communication with the User for informational support, including notification with the involvement of third parties;
• 7.1.3. Distributing Company's promotional materials among Users as the target audience;
• 7.1.4. Targeting of advertising and/or informational materials based on age, gender, and other characteristics;
• 7.1.5. Conducting marketing, statistical, and other research.

7.2. The Company may provide de-identified information to third parties providing services to the Company in cases where it is necessary to provide services, as well as in other cases specified in this Policy.

8. User Consent to Receive Information from the Company 8.1. By providing the Company with your email address or phone number when filling out any form on the Site or in the Application, you agree to receive information related to the Applications from the Company, respectively, by email or SMS, as well as other information from the Company, including of an advertising nature. You can opt out of this service at any time by following the instructions in the email or SMS, or by writing to us at support@adven.mobi requesting to remove your data from the mailing list. In this case, we may continue to send you non-advertising electronic messages related to ongoing relationships with you.

8.2. Through Mobile Application, we may send you push notifications from time to time to provide you with updates for games, information about the highest scores, and other messages related to the Company's services that may be important to you. You can opt out of such communications at any time by disabling them in the corresponding settings on your device.

9. User Information Confidentiality 9.1. The Company stores User information and ensures its protection from unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with internal rules and regulations.

9.2. User information is kept confidential, except in cases where the technology or settings of the Application provide for open exchange of information with other Application users and the Internet.

10. Third Parties 10.1. Purchases. If you use a bank card to pay for the Company's product, please note that when transmitting your card number over the Internet, it is securely encrypted. Information about your card is not recorded or stored on the Company's computers; it is transmitted directly to the company working with your bank. In this case, paying by credit card online is no different from making a purchase in a regular store. To process purchases through the Application, the Company uses the services of third parties - widely recognized payment systems that guarantee the security of financial transactions.

10.2. Social Networks. The Site and the Application contain elements (plugins, widgets, hereinafter referred to as Elements) of social networks (for example, the Facebook "Like" button, the "Share" button, and the like). The company providing such elements may collect information about your IP address, as well as information about the pages of our Sites that you have visited.

10.3. Advertising. Advertisers displaying ads on the Site and in the Applications may collect and use de-identified information, including information about your activity on the Site and in the Applications, information about the device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, information about geolocation, and IP address. They may use this information to present advertisements that may be of interest to you. In addition, if the User clicked on an advertising link and installed the application, the advertiser may be provided with the device identifier to confirm the effectiveness of the advertising.

10.4. Analytics. Technologies for collecting and processing de-identified information provided by third-party business service providers (such as Google Analytics, Tapjoy, and Appsflyer) may be applied on the Site and in the Applications. These third-party providers may have access to the following data: your device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, region (specific region where the specified language is spoken), information about geolocation, and IP address, which will allow them to provide their services in accordance with their privacy policies.

10.5. Links. The Site and Applications may contain links to third-party websites. If the User follows these links, they will leave the Site/Application, and the Company is not responsible for the content and security of the User's data when using third-party websites. These sites may have their own privacy policy that determines the collection and storage of User data. This Policy does not apply to data provided, stored, or used by third-party sites. Users are advised to review the privacy policy of such third-party sites that relate to the storage of their data when entering a third-party site.

10.6. Public Information. The Company is not responsible for the way User information is used by third parties with whom the User interacts in the course of using the Sites and Applications. You should understand that any information posted by you in public sections of the Sites (for example, forums) or sent in a message to another user may be read, collected, and used by other users who have gained access to it.
